The Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology’s (PNI) Seed Grant Program has awarded Dr. Silvers a grant to study the neuroinflammatory markers of early life stress during adolescent development. On February 13, Dr. Silvers spoke at the UCLA School of Education’s Human Development and Psychology Colloquium. The Human Development and Psychology graduate program is an applied research program aimed at informing practices and policies that affect the welfare of children. Find out more about it here.

The Psychology Research Opportunities Programs (PROPS) is a two-quarter program at UCLA that provides select undergraduate students in psychology and related fields with a stipend, research experience, mentorship, and graduate school guidance, among other opportunities. Only approximately 20 students are admitted to the program each year, and we are happy to welcome PROPS scholar and fourth year undergraduate student
